Catering by Amanda’s is based at The Vectar Project Filming Studios, studio House, Heaton Mersey Industrial Estate.
We provide a wide variety of all-encompassing services specialising but not limited to catering for, business lunches, corporate catering, filming & production companies and bespoke private functions.
As a team with extensive knowledge we provide tailored catering services across and beyond the North of England, using fresh quality supplies from our trusted suppliers.

Our Green Policy
Amanda’s Outside Catering recognises that as caterers our work has both a direct and indirect impact on local, regional and the global environment.
It’s our intention to operate our business in an environmentally friendly way to the best of our ability.
We’re committed to minimising our negative impact by acting in a sustainable way and our green policy is to seek ways in which we can improve our environmental credentials by:
- Using biodegradable products – cups/ take away trays
- Using recycled paper – serviettes/hand towels
- Reducing waste in all areas of our work and actively promoting recycling where possible.
- All our used cooking oil is collected and turned into bio fuel.
- We aim to use fair trade where possible.
- We will work with other catering suppliers to buy locally, where possible, in order to reduce delivery miles and promote British products.
We constantly review our green policy making sure we minimise our impact on the environment.
